Abstract:

Clinical SAS Programming Analyst

Responsibilities:

    Job functions will include:

  • – Creates data extracts, cleanses data and produces normative information for calculation.
  • – Data acquisition and methods vary greatly by client, support both standard and non-standard methods.
  • – Analyze and manipulate large sets of Clinical trial data Work on SDTM, TFL & ADAM Specification.
  • – Run specification compliance test, Edit checks & CDISC Validator checks.
  • – Work with data science & R-programing to produce high level graphs for adverse events, vital signs & lab domains.
  • – Use SAS ODS Graphic tools to create the graphs for placebo-controlled studies.
  • – Experience in CDISC SDTM, ADaM files, SAS export files, Data analysis, interpretation of clinical trial data, Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS/STAT, SAS/Graph, SAS/SQL and SAS/ODS.
  • – Work on data cleaning, data extraction, data programing study, Data Management Plan, Data validation plan.
  • – Generate TLFs (Tables, Listings, and Figures), validation data and reports, and maintenance of study documentation.

Skills & Education Requirements / Expertise / Qualifications:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 1 year of experience into Clinical SAS programming.
  • – Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
  • – Strong adherence to timelines and deadlines.
  • – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • – Demonstrated awareness of when to appropriately escalate issues/risks.
  • – Ability to work well within a team that has many remote team members.
  • – Proven attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy.
  • – Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
